Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Professional at J Street Apartments, located in Burleson, TX. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, showcasing available units, processing lease applications, maintaining resident relations, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Additional duties include supporting lease administration and collaborating with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lease administration and understanding of leasing procedures
- Strong customer service and resident retention skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of lease agreements and rental policies
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Experience in property management or leasing is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in leasing/property management are advantageous
