J Sterling’s Spa, one of Orlando’s top-rated spa brands with six locations, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Wellness Coordinator for our high-volume Winter Park flagship. We are looking for a polished, energetic, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, check in, and check out guests while delivering outstanding customer service
- Answer phones, book appointments, and clearly communicate spa services
- Promote enhancements, upgrades, memberships, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude—serving as the first impression of the spa
- Collaborate with the team and assist with daily operational needs
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly during busy periods
- Spa or salon experience is a bonus, but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or POS/booking systems is a plus
