Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform construction tasks including framing, siding, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and cabinetry.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assignments efficiently.
- Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and other hardware with precision.
- Assist with metal stud framing, electrical wiring (where qualified), plumbing rough-ins, and other specialized trades.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Follow detailed instructions from project managers or supervisors for complex tasks involving schematics or technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpentry (including trim and rough framing carpentry).
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
