What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mill Worker position at J-Six Enterprises, LLC?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Day shift Monday - Friday
Ensure the mill operates according to company procedures.
Assure safe operation of mill.
Monitor mill to detect any issues.
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
Must adhere to facility SOPs on documentation and follow standard training that will be issued in this area.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Loading and unloading trailers.
Experience in a mill setting preferred but not required.
Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Daily lifting of product ranging from 1 pound to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in an environment where the indoor temperature ranges from 80 to 100 degrees F in summer and 50-65 degrees F in winter.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent
