Experienced Service Technician

J&S Repair Inc. is looking for an experienced field service technician. J&S Repair sells and services JCB equipment plus many other agricultural brands. Applicants for this position would be providing customers with great customer service by attending to a wide variety of service call work. J&S Repair will provide a service truck for this position that would be equipped for working on field service calls. Heated and A/C shop for in house service work.

JOB OVERVIEW

1) Perform scheduled maintenance service intervals on all types of JCB Equipment.

2) Diagnose and repair customer JCB equipment at customers site.

3) Diagnose and repair JCB equipment at J&S Repair Inc. locations.

4) Train for JCB mechanical repair using JCB portal.

5) Communicate with management and warranty department to ensure warranty work is documented correctly.

6) Maintain a positive and clean work environment .

WHO SHOULD APPLY

1) Motivated individuals with experience in JCB or other construction equipment

2) Individual that can be insured to drive company vehicles.

3) Must be able to travel and be away on calls for up to 5 days at a time if needed.

4) Must have good communication skills with customers and management.

5) Ability to learn new information, train for existing and new equipment, and grow with our team

6) Ability to use JCB service laptop, J&S Repair provided i-pad, and phone to diagnose and document service work performed.
