J&S Pawn is inviting individuals with a fun and exciting personality and positive outlook on life to begin our 6-week training program. At the end of this program each new team member will have the basic foundation of knowledge needed to begin the adventure with J&S Pawn.
This listing is for our Ridgeley WV, Keyser WV, Oakland MD and Frostburg MD locations
Requirements

- Minimum 21 years of age
Interested persons must be eligible to own and possess firearms under state and federal laws. This would prohibit individuals with a medical marijuana card from applying. Random drug test is performed.
Pay varies by demographics and performance
- New Team Member ($16 to $18)
- Team Member ($16.50 to $18.50)
- Team Leader ($17.50 to $19.50)
- Team Managers ($18.50 to $20.50)
- Multi Store Team Managers ($19.75 to $21.75)
- Store Managers ($52k to $76k)
- Assistant District Leader of operations (80k and up)
