Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of trucks—including tractor-trailers, , flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks—to deliver freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your expertise in manual transmission driving and experience with different trailer types will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmission across local and regional routes
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off mechanisms
• Drive a variety of truck types including flatbeds, dump trucks, and tractor-trailers
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and incident reports
• Load freight securely onto trucks to prevent damage during transit
• Route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license
• Strong knowledge of manual transmission operation and truck handling skills
• Familiarity with operating different trailer types such as flatbed, dump truck, and roll-off trucks
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment when necessary
• Excellent route planning skills for efficient delivery schedules
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for commercial driving
• Experience with delivery driver responsibilities including customer service and documentation management
