Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a vibrantenthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional materials.

As a marketing coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our externalinternal marketing channels.

This position will allow you to acquire new marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will ensure our company's marketing efforts to help us achieve our immediate and long-term company goals. To be successful in this position they must be a passionate, continuous learner with an entrepreneurial attitude and drive to win.

Pay: $20-30/hour

Schedule: Full time - Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Monitorcollect data from marketing campaigns to help ensure the integrity of campaigns (i.e., call listening)
• Monitorrespond to customers on designated social media platforms.
• Research industry trends, consumer opinions,competition
• Gauge customer satisfaction through surveys, polls,online feedback
• Partner with digital creator to script, producerefine video content.
• Communicate, coordinate, and celebrate relationships with community partnersinfluencers.
• Maximize community partnerinfluencer exposer through execution of creative ideasstrategy in-person or social media (i.e., live streams or events)?
• Secure newexisting award recognition opportunities
• Research, plan,create engaging social media content (LinkedInTikTok)
• Assist in planning internalcommunity-wide events while maintaining brand integrity
• Implementmaintain internal organizationdisplay of marketing materialsaccolades.
• Assist in ordering brandmarketing materials.
• Seek-outfacilitate participation in community events.

Requirements

• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Demonstrated experience with Email Marketing platforms.
• Exposure to the basic principles of SEM and Google Products
• Working knowledge of various social media and Reputation Management platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to cultivate metrics and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Exemplify a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Project Management Experience is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, PhotoshopCanva is a plus.
