Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendent
J. S. Haren Company is seeking experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendents to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the water and wastewater construction industry and be willing to travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and field personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
- Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, owners, and field crews
- Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining production goals
- Identify and help resolve field issues as they arise
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in water/wastewater construction
- Strong understanding of treatment plant and pump station construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to travel as required
