We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Katy, TX area for Regional runs that keep you moving in 27 eastern states. Earn consistent miles every week, get a pay guarantee for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch, and go after the Driver Performance Bonus. Trainees, first-seat drivers, and experienced drivers are all welcome, and no endorsements are required.

PAY

• Average weekly pay: $1,200 - $1,800
• CPM rate: starting at $0.50 per mile
• Weekly mileage: 2,200 - 2,800 miles
• Pay guarantee: guaranteed pay for 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Driver Performance Bonus

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Full-Time | Solo Driver
• Home Time: Home every two weeks, with options to be discussed
• Schedule: Day and night shifts available
• Lane: Runs like OTR. Covers 27 states, everything east of Denver, CO, except the New England states
• Holidays: Open to discuss
• Equipment: No specialized equipment required

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum age: 21 y.o.
• Trainee, first-seat (experienced), and 1-year experienced drivers welcome
• No endorsements required
• Must live within 250 miles of Katy, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a CDL-A truck on assigned OTR routes
• Deliver freight on time across the 27-state lane
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch on trip progress
