What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Customer Service Representative position at J&S Carpet Cleaning, Inc?
We are looking for someone to work 2 – 3 days per week 8:00am – 4:30 pm. (some flexibility available)
The main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff. Job duties include: assisting with phone call coverage, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, running reports, data entry and other clerical duties as directed by the Office Manager.
