Overview
JS Braddock is seeking a motivated individual to join a 24-month training and development program designed to prepare participants for a successful career as an Insurance Agent. This program focuses on building a strong foundation in sales, client relationship management, and insurance product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business and meet monthly and annual premium and revenue targets
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, drop-in visits, and social media outreach
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to build lead and expiration databases
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to develop relationships and close business
- Provide coverage recommendations and identify gaps to protect clients’ assets
- Prepare applications, deliver quotes, and achieve a target closing ratio of 25%
- Perform weekly drop-in visits (5–10 per day) to generate new opportunities
- Actively cross-sell and upsell within a focused product portfolio
- Generate referrals from clients, prospects, and personal networks

- College degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required or willingness to obtain within 60 days

- This is an in-office position (not remote)
- Local travel required for client meetings and networking events
- Occasional travel for annual training conferences (Pennsylvania)
