Responsibilities:
- Perform independent and efficient vehicle maintenance, under vehicle repairs, and diagnostics with a true desire to fix cars right.
- Diagnose and repair A/C, brake, steering, suspension, and cooling systems.
- Repair and replace brake, fuel, transmission, and oil cooler lines.
- Diagnose noise and vibration concerns.
- Perform exhaust repairs, including pipe welding and expanding.
- Execute tire installations, TPMS diagnostic/relearns, and precision wheel alignments.
- Utilize BG services and equipment efficiently.
- Operate basic scn tools, read codes, and navigate Identifix for efficient troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment and tool setup.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Credentials: Valid Driver's License is required and at least one ASE certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of the theory and operation of all automotive systems; proficient computer skills.
- Mindset: Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to a culture of customer safety and quality workmanship.
- Communication: Positive communication skills and willingness to attend continuing education classes.
