We’re a high-performance auto repair shop looking for a front counter assistant who moves fast, communicates clearly, and keeps the shop flowing.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights. No weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls quickly (goal: 3 rings or less)
• Schedule customers same-day or next available opening
• Greet and check in customers efficiently
• Keep vehicles moving into inspection within 15 minutes of arrival
• Support repair orders, parts handling, and front counter workflow
• Communicate clearly with customers—no guessing, no delays

Compensation

• $20 per hour to start
• Potential to move up to a full time Service Advisor position
• High performers earn more. Period.

Requirements

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized under pressure
