We are looking for an experienced plumber with a tradesman license to join our team as a dedicated installer. In this role, you will execute plumbing installations for jobs generated by our sales team - meaning you're stepping into projects that are already sold and scoped, and our job is flawless, professional execution on-site.
What you'll do:
Install residential plumbing systems based on sold scopes of work
Read and interpret sales quotes accurately
Identify and resolve on-site issues or code conflicts independently
Represent the company professionally in customer's homes
Maintain the company vehicle and job materials
What we're looking for:
Licensed tradesman plumbing
Strong troubleshooting ability, comfortable adapting plans to real-world site conditions
Professional communication with homeowners/clients, even without sales team present
Valid driver's license, clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
Background Check and Drug Test will be required
