What are the responsibilities and job description for the Southwest Regional Class A Driver | Home Weekly + No Touch Freight position at J Rose Logistics?
Now hiring CDL-A drivers across Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, and surrounding areas for Southwest regional routes with consistent miles and weekly home time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
(May have only 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9 months of experience with up to 2 jobs) - Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
- DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements
💰 Pay & Home Time
- Average weekly pay: $1200-1500
- CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
- Southwest regional routes
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- 34–48 hour reset at home
🚛 Freight & Equipment
- Dry van freight
- 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
- 100% no-touch freight
- Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
- Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
🎁 Additional Benefits
- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
