What are the responsibilities and job description for the Southeast Regional CDL-A Driver | Home Weekly Reset + No Touch position at J Rose Logistics?
Now hiring CDL-A drivers statewide in Georgia, including Atlanta, Albany, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, and surrounding areas for regional routes throughout the southeastern states. Drivers can be based anywhere in Georgia as long as they meet hiring requirements and are able to run regional lanes as assigned.
This position offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-established regional fleet operating across the Southeast.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
Pay & Home Time
- Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
- CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- 34–48 hour reset at home
- Consistent miles and predictable scheduling
- Steady year-round freight
Freight & Equipment
- Dry van freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
- Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
- Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment

- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
