This position features a unique, rotating schedule designed to maximize your earning potential while keeping you close to home.
What We Offer
- Consistent Earnings: Average $1,200/week with up to $70,000 annual earning potential.
- Home Time: Home daily (extremely rare occasions may require an overnight hotel stay, fully covered).
- No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight.
- Paid Training: 1 day of classroom orientation ($50 stipend) followed by 2–3 days of ride-along training ($100/day).
Experience-Based Pay Scale
Your starting mileage pay is based directly on your verifiable Class A driving experience:
- 0 – 11 Months: $0.45 CPM
- 12 – 35 Months: $0.47 CPM
- 36 – 59 Months: $0.50 CPM
- 60 – 83 Months: $0.51 CPM
- 84 – 119 Months: $0.52 CPM
- 10 Years: $0.54 CPM
Schedule & Routes
- Daily Workflow: 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip.
- Shift Times: Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes occur Wednesday through Saturday).

- Week 1: Work 6 days, followed by a 34-hour restart.
- Week 2: Work 5 days, followed by 2 days off.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Availability: Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and the rotating schedule outlined above.
- Safety: Ability to meet all company and DOT safety and drug/alcohol standards.
