Dedicated CDL-A Driver | Home Weekly | Springfield, MA

We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional position offering strong weekly earnings, incentive pay, and consistent freight throughout the Northeast.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,750

• Top earners: $2,200 – $2,400 per week

• Annual earning potential: up to $104,000

• Weekly incentive bonus: $50 for drivers available for a full work week

• W2

• Full benefits package available
  

Mileage & Accessorial Pay

Mileage pay (based on experience):

• 0 months: $0.53/mile

• 12 months: $0.57/mile

• 24 months: $0.61/mile

• 36 months: $0.66/mile

• 60 months: $0.71/mile

• 84 months: $0.72/mile

• 120 months: $0.73/mile

Additional pay:

• Unload pay: $240 per unload

• Backhaul pay: $105 per load

• NYC borough pay: $250 per delivery
  

Home Time & Schedule

• Minimum home weekly

• Night driving required

• Drivers should be available for varied schedules based on delivery needs
  

Job Details

• 100% touch freight

• Live unload, box-by-box using rollers at store locations

• Manual unloading required – physically demanding role

• Regional routes covering CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME

• Operations run within 1,066 miles of Windsor, CT
  

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years
  (School or training time does not count toward experience)

• Must reside in New Haven or the immediate surrounding area

• Must be able to meet all DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements

• Accidents, violations, and tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis
