What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Truck Driver | No Touch + Drop Hook | Weekly Home Time position at J Rose Logistics?
Now hiring CDL-A drivers statewide in South Carolina for regional routes throughout the southeastern states. Drivers can be based anywhere in South Carolina as long as they meet hiring requirements and are able to run regional lanes as assigned.
This position offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-established regional fleet operating across the Southeast.
💰 Pay & Home Time
- Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
- paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- 34–48 hour reset at home
- Consistent miles and predictable scheduling
- Steady year-round freight
🚚 Freight & Equipment
- Dry van freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
- Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
- Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment

- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour

✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
(Maximum of 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9 months of experience with up to 2 jobs) - Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
