J. Robert’s Menswear of Elkhorn is looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and supporting daily store operations in a professional menswear environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide attentive, knowledgeable service
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and styling
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain organized, well-presented sales floor and displays
- Assist with restocking merchandise and inventory organization
- Support fitting room operations and basic garment handling
- Help keep the store clean, professional, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working on your feet and interacting with customers
- Ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills

Schedule & Pay
- Part-time hours with some flexibility
- Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts available
- Additional hours may be available during peak seasons
- Pay based on experience
