Job Description
This critical position involves routine testing and preparation of samples for cements, paints, coatings, and other construction/industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide laboratory support/testing for new and existing business development.
- Operate pilot milling equipment to produce small samples.
- Perform laboratory bench studies and investigative literature research.
- Record results of testing, organize data, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Willingsness to work part-time.
- Chemistry or engineering degree preferred.
- Experience working in a lab setting preferred.
- Prior work experience in fields such as cementitious products, asphalt binder, paint & coatings, refractory/foundry, epoxy systems, seed pelleting/plant cultivation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adept in use of MS Office.
