Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment with proven skills
- Troubleshoot and repair casino and property equipment
- Maintain logs on equipment
- Proficiency in all phases of operation of fire panels
- Recommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if needed
- Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Assists technicians in their training and duties as assigned
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be proficient and versatile in one or more building trades: electrical, painting/sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanics
- Intermediate English reading and writing abilities
- Ability to work safely with power tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Some computer operation may be necessary
- Some technical or commercial training necessary
- Three (3) years minimum work experience
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair selected equipment
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
