In this full-time role as a safety representative you will be part of a small close-knit team working for J. Ranck Electric out of the corporate office in Mt Pleasant, Michigan.
The Role:
As a safety representative, you will be responsible for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. The minimum requirements for this position are:
- OSHA 30
- A current CPR and AED
- A safety degree and/or 3 years of prior safety experience
- Root cause analysis is preferred
You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving, innovative and proactive strategies, leadership skills. You may also need to spend time on jobsites throughout the sate of Michigan.
Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, company-match 401K, and discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
