Location: Erie, PA (Onsite Day 1)


Summary:

Seeking a Business Analyst with 7 years of experience and strong Life/P&C Insurance domain expertise to support insurance product implementations.

Key Skills:

  • Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance
  • Requirements gathering & documentation
  • Rating logic & business rules configuration
  • Functional testing & UAT support
  • Stakeholder management & Agile environment

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Configure business rules and rating logic
  • Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution
  • Perform impact analysis and solution walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with business & technical teams


Requirement:

  • 7 years BA experience
  • Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge
  • Excellent communication & multitasking skills
