Job Description: Manufacturing Technician - ProTool / J Racenstein
Position Overview: As a Manufacturing Technician you will be responsible for the precise assembly and testing of pressure washing skids, cleaning skids and pure water systems designed for various applications. This role involves working with a variety of mechanical and electronic components to ensure the highest quality and functionality of our cleaning systems.
Schedule/Hours:
Hours of operation are 8-4 M-F.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble various mobile carts or large skids following schematics, and work instructions.
- Fabricate custom frames and structures specific to size of various components.
- Install and connect components such as pumps, filters, valves, and electronic control systems.
- Wire low voltage control panels and devices.
- Perform quality checks and testing procedures to ensure the finished product meets company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, ensuring all parts fit and operate correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Document assembly processes and results, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move components and assemblies weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
- Use of hand held tools, power drills, powered equipment, electrical equipment
