Competitive Compensation:
- PM Linehaul Drivers: up to $0.65cpm based upon experience; potential to earn $85,000 annually!
- AM P&D Spot Drivers: up to 35% of weekly Net Revenue
- ALL MILES are PAID MILES. Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit
- Safety Bonus: All drivers will be eligible for a quarterly bonus provided no preventable safety/DOT incidents or truck damage
- Referral Bonus: Immediate increase to your rate for every referral hired
- Home Time: Home Daily, PM Solo Runs dispatch multiple times, either 8-9pm or 2-3am, AM P&D Spot Runs dispatch late morning

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 Year of experience in the last 3 years OR
- 5 Years of experience in the last 10 years
- Drug test and Background check required
Equipment and Training:
- Equipment: 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia Cabs - All automatic transmission
- Training: In depth training provided to include Skills Assessment/Road Test, Coupling and Uncoupling Double Trailers; Ongoing training as necessary.
