What You’ll Do (aka How You’ll Level Up):
Assist in managing commercial and public roofing projects
Help coordinate schedules, crews, and materials
Learn the ins and outs of project budgets and timelines
Communicate with foremen, vendors, and clients
Work directly with our Project Managers and company leadership
Get mentored by people who want to see you win
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of construction experience (any trade)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and hunger to learn
Solid communicator who can take ownership and follow through
Someone who shows up, steps up, and wants to grow fast
