CDL VAC TRUCK/HYDRO-EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious CDL B WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT VAC TRUCK/HYDRO-EXCAVATOR OPERATOR. Experience preferred. Will train qualified candidates,to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate vacuum trucks and hydro-excavators to perform precise excavation, utility locating, and construction utility work across various project sites. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures will ensure efficient project execution while adhering to all federal construction safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and hydro-excavators for catch basin cleaning and line jetting services and to perform excavation, utility locating, and construction utility work, safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of construction machinery.
• Follow all safety regulations and equipment safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites. maintaining high safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of excavation activities while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for vacuum trucks and heavy equipment operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment parts or materials as required.
• Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation are preferred; ongoing training in construction safety is a plus.
• Candidate must be available to work weekends and nights, when required;
• OSHA 10 Card;
• DOT Physical Card;
• Clean Driving Record.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
