Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the insurance sales team
Monitor sales calls and provide feedback
- Run sales meetings, huddles, and performance check-ins
- Track sales activity, production, pipelines, and team results
- Review and share production reports with the agency owner
- Hold team members accountable to goals, follow-up, and agency standards
- Identify performance issues and help correct them quickly
- Support training, onboarding, and sales process improvement
- Maintain a positive, professional, high-performance culture
- Lead by example with urgency, accountability, and strong sales discipline
Requirements
- Insurance sales management experience required
- Active New York Property & Casualty license required
- Active New York Life & Health license required
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable managing sales quotas, deadlines, and performance expectations
- Able to address issues directly and professionally
- Organized, solution-minded, and goal-driven
- State Farm experience preferred
- Must work in-office in Great Neck, NY
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal & written)
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
