Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and understanding of Legal Issues relevant to personal injury, business litigation, and property law.
- Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including research, analysis, and recommendations under attorney supervision.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and formatting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client-facing work.
- Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law program; prior coursework in litigation or torts is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments remotely.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and standard office software; familiarity with remote collaboration platforms is a plus.
