**Job Summary:**
J&R Landscaping is looking for a lawn care supervisor to help lead, develop and supervise one of our lawn crews. We are a fast growing company with room for advancement and development. The job requires skills in the following areas:
- Performing maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and recommending transfers, reassignments, or disciplinary actions
- Project status: Reporting the status of assigned projects
- Work standards: Establishing work standards and inspecting work to ensure they are met
- Maintenance: Performing maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
- Complaints: Investigating work-related complaints and determining corrective actions
- Other duties as needed
