Lawn Care/Landscaping Field Operations Manager

We're looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead our crews, ensure high-quality work, and maintain seamless communication between staff, customers, and management.

Position Overview:

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of all field operations. This leadership role ensures crews are properly trained, equipped, and supported to maintain our company's standards. You will serve as the key link between management, field staff, and clients while upholding our safety protocols and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Directly oversee daily field operations and employee performance

· Train and mentor field staff to ensure quality and safety standards

· Confirm all vehicles and equipment are fueled and operational before dispatch

· Submit receipts for all purchases to the office staff

· Enforce OSHA and company safety policies in the field

· Maintain and monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

· Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance with the Office Manager

· Act as a liaison between staff, ownership, and clients

· Monitor employee attendance and report discrepancies

· Review and complete assigned work orders

· Perform quality control checks and report findings to owners

· Maintain daily communication with owners regarding field operations

· Ensure accurate and timely incident report completion

· Coordinate scheduling needs with the Equipment Manager

· Pick up and deliver supplies, tools, or equipment as needed

· Lead morning meetings and provide crew direction

· Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in landscape, lawn care, or construction field management required

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Working knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic repairs

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Highly organized and dependable

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

· Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift 50 lbs

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
• Pay based on experience
