Duties

- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within customer management systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
