The Lead Carpenter/Jobsite Supervisor is the day-to-day leader on site. You work hands-on while directing workflow, coaching carpenters, coordinating with subcontractors, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track for quality, schedule, safety, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors on remodel/new-build jobsites
• Execute rough and finish carpentry while directing sequencing and priorities
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized jobsite inside occupied homes
• Serve as the jobsite point of contact for clients and trade partners
• Identify and solve problems early to protect the schedule and quality
• Manage materials, tools, and short-term equipment needs efficiently
• Document progress, updates, and changes in company software
• Train and mentor less-experienced carpenters; model professionalism

Qualifications

• 3 or more years as a lead carpenter or jobsite supervisor in residential construction.
• Strong rough and finish carpentry knowledge
• Solid understanding of plans, specs, codes, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a humble, team-first approach
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
• Tech-comfortable for documentation and communication
• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, reliable transportation, background check
• Physically capable of demanding carpentry work in varied conditions
• Tools: Bring your essential hand tools (hammer, tape, speed square, nail apron, etc.). Major tools are provided by the company.

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $29 to $40 per hour (based on experience)
