Job Title: PRN Hospital Pharmacist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PRN Hospital Pharmacist to join our team. As a PRN Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to our clients on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records
- Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a hospital pharmacist
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis
- IV Certification

Requirements
Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
