JR Delivery Service is currently seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our drivers are an essential part of our operations, delivering packages safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Pick up, load, unload, and deliver packages safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining package condition.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and navigation tools.
• Verify package accuracy and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team and promptly communicate delays or delivery issues.
• Perform vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to a supervisor immediately.
• Follow all company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent JR Delivery Service professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery truck to the front door or access point of the delivery address.
• No CDL required.
