Duties
- Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient workspace
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety protocols
- Support manufacturing processes by moving raw materials, components, or finished products as directed
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Follow established safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to uphold quality and safety in production
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and GMP compliance
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
