People & Talent Lead - San Fernando Valley ($120k-$130k)

High-growth real estate investment firm is looking to hire a dynamic People & Talent Lead. This is a newly created role with a core focus on recruiting top talent to support the firm’s rapid expansion, with the opportunity to grow into broader talent development and learning initiatives over time.

The ideal candidate must be confident in their recruiting skills, thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting, and want to make an impact. You’ll own the hiring process end-to-end, working closely with leaders across the business to bring in the right people. Down the road, there’s also room to shape career paths, build training programs, and help drive the overall talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and refine strategies.
• Build pipelines of talent using multiple channels.
• Ensure a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Over time, take on learning & development projects, designing trainings and programs to support growth.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of recruiting and talent management experience, ideally within financial services, lending, or related industries.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• A passion for both recruiting and talent development.
