Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires accurately and efficiently using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect vehicles to identify tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and extend tire life
- Assist with additional automotive services such as oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining services performed and answering customer questions
- Safely lift and handle heavy tires during installation and removal while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with tire service, wheel alignment, automotive diagnostics, and basic vehicle maintenance
- Prior service technician or similar automotive service experience is a plus
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting throughout the workday
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, including oil changes and general vehicle upkeep
