Qualifications
- Customer service and clienteling skills, including active listening, professional communication, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Retail sales and point-of-sale (POS) experience, with the ability to handle cash/credit transactions accurately and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Product knowledge and styling abilities, with interest in classic menswear, tailoring, fit, and fabric to confidently advise customers.
- Store operations skills, including inventory awareness, restocking, visual merchandising support, and maintaining an organized, presentable sales floor.
- Teamwork and reliability, with a track record of punctuality, collaboration, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
