J Polep Distribution Services is a division of National Convenience Distributors serves customers in the Northeastern United States as the 4th largest full-line convenience store distributor. We currently have an opening as an Outside Sales Representative serving the South Eastern MA area as we look to add to this department to help service our growing business needs.
Our Sales Representatives maximize profitable sales of existing clients and establish a new client base with the use of research, developing strategies, and the use of high level sales skills to reach and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
· Close and grow sales through development of existing client base and cultivating new leads
· Manage and understand customer requirements
· Identify and resolve client concerns
· Coordinates with company staff to provide exemplary service to customers
· Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required
· Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and/or other marketing events
· Submit a variety of sales status reports as require
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience
· Min 1 year experience in a sales-driven, customer focused, retail merchandising environment
· Ability to work independently but also in a team atmosphere where your input and efforts are utilized to accomplish sales goals
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
· Candidate must have excellent communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
· Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships
· Ability to achieve exceptional performance and expectations.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
