We are a family owned and operated business searching for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate office in Cerritos, CA! We have been in business for over 30 year's, and we offer a full benefits package.
Office hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Position Overview
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant (HRAA) is responsible for supporting the HR Generalist and HR Manager. HRAA provides support to various locations throughout the states and to local staff. administrative duties related, but not limited to: recruiting, billing, on-boarding, off-boarding, pre-boarding, filing, answering phones, creating new hire files, conducting e-verifications, process background and drug screens, and several administrative duties as needed.
Essential Functions
· Full-cycle recruiting.
· Creating and filing paperwork for pre-boarding, on-boarding and post-employment.
· Work with ADP to create reports as needed.
· Create trackers and follow-up for ad hoc projects.
· Perform monthly health insurance billing.
· Assist department in administrative duties as needed.
· Roll-out procedures as instructed.
· Perform HR audits as instructed.
· Provide support related to employee notice letters, Leave of Absence, accommodations, employment, unemployment filings, etc.
· Create companywide memos, as directed.
· Work in synergy with HR team to accomplish team goals.
· Assist in planning company events and communication, as needed.
·· Perform other HR-related duties, as assigned.
