Responsibilities
- Oversee residential remodeling and ADU projects
- Manage crews and daily jobsite operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
- Ensure employees have the tools, materials and support they need
- Keep projects moving forward on schedule
- Identify and solve problems before they become major issues
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe jobsite
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing residential remodeling and ADU projects
- Experience leading crews and coordinating multiple trades
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans and scopes of work
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- References from previous employers and/or clients required
