What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, hybrid, and ADAS systems on Toyota vehicles.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using Toyota GTS and factory diagnostic procedures.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to Toyota factory standards.
- Mentor and support apprentice and line technicians.
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and diagnostic findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation for warranty and repair orders.
- Stay current with Toyota technical training, service bulletins, and emerging vehicle technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Toyota Certified Master Technician preferred.
- ASE Master Certification is a plus.
- Proven diagnostic experience with electrical, engine performance, transmission, hybrid, and advanced vehicle systems.
- Strong understanding of Toyota repair procedures and warranty requirements.
- Ability to efficiently diagnose difficult vehicle concerns while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
