Lead Audiovisual Technician - DoD Projects (Hawaii)Position Overview

Our client, a leading managed services provider in the Audiovisual, Conferencing and Collaboration sector, is currently hiring a Lead Audiovisual Technician to support their growing Government and military project workload. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, from install through final commissioning and support. You'll own the setup, configuration, service, and troubleshooting of modern audio, video, and conferencing systems, plus the network gear and collaboration tools that support them.

In addition, you'll act as the lead on-site professional, guiding field teams and keeping quality high on every job. If you enjoy complex builds, clear drawings, and high standards, you'll fit in well. This position will require an Active DoD Secret clearance. Continued maintenance of this clearance is required, as these roles may later require pursuing an upgrade to Top Secret clearance.
