What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant position at J P Steel, LLC?
Monitor emails, enter quotes and sales orders into computer system
Followup on quotes sent to customers
Assist the Sales Representative with quotes/orders as required
Review open sales order report in the morning and/or when the scheuled is released
Double check sales orders, confirm order status and check purchase orders
Notify shipping/receiving/product/operations of any issuses with quotes/orders
Notify customers of any delays. Monitor customer web portal,check customer specific inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
