In this role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; on-call one week per month (for emergencies only)
Pay Scale: $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance (fixtures, piping, water heaters, etc.)
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Learn to diagnose issues and support troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- HVAC and/or plumbing experience is preferred
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License is a plus
- HVAC or plumbing schooling is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn both trades and grow within the company
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
