Job Summary: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and other communication channels, including social media accounts. This includes scheduling appointments, making up follow-up calls, managing customer accounts, selling maintenance agreements, and assisting with the company's social media.
Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in the service industry is preferred
- Experience working in HVAC, plumbing, or the construction industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with various social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook, is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience
- Geographical knowledge of the sales area or map reading skills
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
