Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Fountain Valley, CA. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and client engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, managing marketing budgets, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, developing sales content, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing objectives.
This position will report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Client Engagement, and Revenue Generation
- Expertise in Marketing Campaigns, Market Research, and Digital Marketing
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Performance Tracking
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Presentation Development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in OPEX, or industries focused on operational efficiency, is a plus
- Have the experience in Business Development.
